Thank you Tri State for fast service. We were here a few weeks ago with our apu not starting and they fixed it and today we had the same problem. We came back here and was fixed shortly and they stood by their work from the first time. They had us in and out quick. We will definitely use these guys again

Was able to get in and out in under 2 hours with an APU repair (ENG code). Was originally diagnosed in Roanoke, VA but they didn’t have the part. Nashville had the part and they were quick and accommodating when I passed through the following day.

Got here at 3:00pm, Trey came out and got all the necessary information and directed me to a bay. Brad took over from there. He replaced my alternator for my refrigeration unit and I was back on the road by 4:05pm. Top notch service! I highly recommend them. Thanks Trey and Brad for the excellent service!

I couldn't be more happy with the service they offered, the work they performed, and price they charged. Set an appointment for an install. They were on time and efficient. Truck was done and ready to be picked up after running over night first thing in the morning.

Went in for a small fuel leak on my tripac. Checked in with the nice service manager he told me it would be a hour or so I got one in front of me. Np I parked and got pulled into a bay in exactly a hour later. Technician fixed my fuel leak. I was so happy with the work I had him do a pm service and replace a belt as well. When he was all done with the work he even pressure washed the unit for me. Not once has any other ThermoKing in the country cleaned the unit after working on it for me...
